Using real ingredients, everything at Belle’s Bakery is made fresh, in
Kouign Amanns – A flaky, Buttery, caramelized, sugar pastry
originating from 1800’s Brittany France. (Pronounced “Queen AM’N”)
The cake derives its name from the Breton words for cake “Kouign”
and butter "Amann”.
Bear Claws – A Traditional Pastry of laminated dough, almond paste
and almond slivers.
Croissants – Also in the laminated dough family, they come in Plain,
Chocolate, Savory and occasional specials.
Muffin Slices – a little different than a plain muffin, these muffins are
baked in large loaves and sliced
Cookies – Lavender, Shortbread, Chocolate Chip, Sugar and Specials.
Bread Loaves – Sourdough, Focaccia and Brioche
Scones – Savory and Sweet
Scratch Made Ice Cream and Sorbets – Made using only a handful of
Breakfast and Lunch items featuring our own house smoked bacon
